Find the driver’s pickup inspection in Tracking, compare its photos and open the annotated gate pass.

Find the driver’s inspection#
Select the load in Tracking
Under Pickup documents, find the gate pass used for the inspection.
Open the inspection
Select Inspection draft while the driver is recording, or Damage notes after completion.
Review the entries
Each entry shows the vehicle part, generated code, damage type, size and attached photos. Select a photo to open it at full size.
Draft or recorded?#
| State | What it means |
|---|---|
| Driver draft | The driver is still recording. Entries and photos can change; ask them to review and finish the inspection. |
| Recorded | The driver has finished and saved the record. The completed notes are no longer editable, and the annotated PDF and photo-gallery link are available. |
A recorded inspection captures the driver’s observations. It is not an auction approval or a certification of the vehicle’s condition.
Open the annotated pass or the original#
In Pickup damage notes, select Annotated gate pass ↗ to open the PDF with the codes and photo QR. To view the originally uploaded file, return to the load’s Pickup documents section and select View. The original is preserved separately from the annotated version.
Share the photos or print the pass#
Select Damage photos ↗ to open the completed gallery. The QR on the annotated pass opens that same gallery, which shows the codes, descriptions and photos. Anyone with the gallery link or printed QR can view those photos; it does not reveal the original gate pass.
Print or share the annotated PDF from your document viewer. See the driver’s print and guard-check steps.
After the delivery closes#
Completing, cancelling or expiring the load ends the driver’s pickup-document access. Your workspace can still open the original and completed inspection from the closed load. A previously shared completed-photo link can remain usable after the load closes.
