Resend an invitation#
Find the existing load
In Tracking, search by load, driver or carrier and select the load.
Use Resend invitation
For a pending invitation, select Resend invitation and check the confirmation or error. Ask the driver to sign in using the number shown in the load.
Complete a delivered load#
Select the open load and choose Complete load when that action is available. Confirm the prompt. The load becomes Completed and location access for that load closes. The driver can also finish it with Complete delivery in the app.
Cancel or correct a load#
Use Cancel load and confirm when the shipment will not proceed or the invitation was created with the wrong driver number. Location access for that load closes. To correct details that cannot be edited in the workspace, create a replacement load with the correct information and let the driver accept it.
