Carrier Verification Platform

The useful part is that my dispatcher does not have to guess which phone number is safe. The request goes to the listed carrier contact and leaves a record.

Having the contact checks and documents together makes it much easier to see what still needs attention before we release the load.

The email and SMS steps give us a clear record of which listed contact completed the request. It is a useful checkpoint before sharing pickup details.

One verification link gives the carrier a place to confirm contacts and provide the requested documents. That keeps the exchange easier to follow.

We wanted something lightweight before sending load details. Email, SMS, license, W-9, and COI in one flow is the checkpoint we needed.

Starting from the carrier profile keeps the workflow simple. The USDOT lookup brings the information into the same place as the verification.
