DeepTruck helps you confirm access to carrier contacts and collect documents. A completed check is a workflow result, not a guarantee of a carrier’s identity, legitimacy, or suitability for a load.
1. Using DeepTruck Verify
These Terms apply to the DeepTruck Verify website, workspace, carrier verification pages, and Chrome extension (the “Service”). DeepTruck Verify is referred to as “DeepTruck,” “we,” or “us.” By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 and have authority to act for any business on whose behalf you use the Service. Information handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
2. Your account
Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for the activity you authorize through your account. Do not share passwords or allow unauthorized access. Contact verify@deeptruck.io if you suspect your account has been compromised.
You may use the Service for your organization’s legitimate carrier verification workflows, subject to these Terms and any limits shown for your account.
3. What verification means
Email confirmation indicates interaction with a verification link. SMS confirmation indicates completion of a code sent to the listed phone number. Document receipt indicates that a file was uploaded; it does not mean the document has been authenticated or independently approved.
Carrier information from public sources or third-party platforms can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. A “verified,” “complete,” or “ready to review” status does not guarantee legal identity, operating authority, insurance coverage, ownership, financial standing, or the absence of fraud.
You remain responsible for reviewing contacts and documents, checking applicable authority and insurance, and deciding whether to release a load or disclose pickup, vehicle, or other sensitive information. DeepTruck does not make that decision for you.
4. Requests, consent & documents
Only start a verification when you have a legitimate business reason and the right to use the contact information. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions required to send verification emails or SMS messages and to collect, use, or share documents. Do not use the Service for unsolicited marketing.
Submit accurate information and only files you are authorized to share. Do not upload unnecessary sensitive information. Verification links are intended for the requested carrier or driver; protect them from unauthorized disclosure.
If you receive a request, review the Privacy Policy before providing documents. Information you submit is shared with the requesting shipper. Questions about the purpose of a request should be directed to that shipper.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to impersonate another person or business, submit deceptive or forged information, send spam, harass others, access records without authorization, or collect information for an unrelated purpose.
Do not interfere with the Service, bypass authentication or usage restrictions, distribute malware, or probe accounts or infrastructure without permission. Follow applicable laws and the terms of third-party platforms you use with DeepTruck.
6. Extension & third-party services
The extension adds DeepTruck tools to supported Central Dispatch pages. We do not operate Central Dispatch, Google Chrome, or FMCSA/MOTUS, and use of their names does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
Their services, page layouts, data availability, and policies may change. Changes can affect extension features or carrier lookups. You are responsible for maintaining any accounts and permissions needed to access those services.
If you configure a separate backend, you are responsible for choosing a trusted operator and reviewing its terms and information practices.
7. Plans & availability
Available features, request limits, and plan details are shown on the website or in your account. If you purchase a paid plan, review the price, billing period, and any renewal or cancellation conditions shown before confirming the purchase. Contact us with questions about a charge or account limit.
We may maintain, update, or change the Service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular result. Features may depend on email and SMS delivery, third-party systems, and other conditions outside our control.
8. Your content & our product
You retain your rights in the information and documents you submit. You authorize DeepTruck and its service providers to store, process, and transmit that content as needed to provide the requested verification workflow, as described in the Privacy Policy.
DeepTruck’s branding, interface, and software remain the property of their respective owners. These Terms permit use of the Service; they do not transfer ownership of the product or branding.
9. Service limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise that its data, checks, or documents will be complete, accurate, or sufficient for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DeepTruck is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by a carrier’s conduct, inaccurate third-party data, or your dispatch decisions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or limits rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
10. Ending use & account access
You can stop using the Service and uninstall the extension at any time. Contact us to request account closure or deletion of information. Uninstalling the extension does not delete records already held by the Service or copies held by a requesting shipper.
We may restrict or suspend access where necessary to address misuse, security risks, a legal requirement, or a breach of these Terms. Contact us if you believe a restriction was applied in error.
11. Updates & questions
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. The date at the top identifies the current version. We will provide appropriate notice of material changes when required. If you do not accept updated Terms, stop using the Service.
