Open your gate pass at pickup

Find your pickup files, refresh GPS and open a gate pass once it is ready.

Find your pickup documents#

Open Loads and select the correct load. Its Pickup documents section lists the dealer’s gate passes and release forms. You can also open ••• → View details to see the files. If this section is missing, ask your dispatcher whether documents have been uploaded.

Locked files show the one-mile pickup requirement. Screens show example data.

Unlock at the pickup entrance#

  1. Accept and start the load

Select Accept & start tracking, or Start tracking if you accepted earlier. Follow the location permission guide and enable precise location.

  2. Arrive near the confirmed pickup pin

The dealer has selected the exact pickup entrance. Automatic unlocking needs a recent, accurate phone location within one mile of that pin.

  3. Refresh the pickup location

If the files still show Locked, select Update location while the load is tracking. Keep an internet connection available and allow time for a fresh GPS point. Pull down on Loads to refresh the load.

  4. Open your file

When the section shows Ready, select Open next to the gate pass or release form.

Open the pass, then record damage on that gate pass if needed. Screens show example data.

Already at pickup, but still locked?#

Check the app’s tracking state and Profile → Location, then update the pickup location. Ask your dispatcher to confirm the pin is at the entrance you are using. If GPS or connectivity prevents automatic unlocking, the dispatcher can use Unlock documents in the workspace.

If the dispatcher has already unlocked the files but Driver asks you to accept the load, accept it first and refresh. If a file link has expired, open the document again from Driver to get a fresh link.

Record damage before you finish#

Under a ready gate pass, select Record pickup damage. Follow the inspection and photo guide. Complete and save the inspection before closing the delivery; closed loads no longer allow you to open pickup files or continue the inspection.
